At Preeti Vogue, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
