• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email before your order is shipped.

• Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be accepted.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Products

• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
